Free In-Home Consultation

• We are excited to come to your home to discuss your vision and the best possible solutions for your remodeling needs. With our free in-home consultation, you will have a clear understanding of our process and a price range for your remodeling project. In addition, we will share the next step with you – the Design Agreement.

Project Design

• Our knowledgeable design team will discuss your ideas and guide you in choosing the right aesthetic to suit your style and complement your home. We will provide a realistic view of what can be done with your space and budget.

Product Selection & Estimating

• Our team will select high-quality materials and finishes that will suit the design, budget, and style of your space. After we have finalized all the details of your remodeling project, we will prepare a detailed estimate.

Proposal Presentation

• Once we have prepared the proposal, we’ll set up an appointment to come to your home and share the final design, including material selections, detailed scope of the work, and fixed price for the project.

Proposal Acceptance

• After you have approved the proposal and we have collected the deposit, we’ll order all the materials, which will get delivered to our warehouse for preparation. One of our skilled carpenters will be assigned to your project and our office will remain in communication with you by sending weekly emails to share your place on the schedule.

Project Kickoff

• Your lead carpenter will schedule a meeting so we can review our pre-project checklist to ensure you are in the loop about the whole remodeling process. We will also schedule the project start date and get to work! Watch as our remodeling team completes your project with their creativity, skills, and attention to detail to achieve beautiful results.

Project Completion

• Upon completion, we will send you a 3-year labor and material warranty as a sign of good faith because we stand with confidence behind everything we build.
